๐ During the school year we have pack meetings on the 3rd Thursday of every month at 6:30pm at Joaquin Miller Community Center.ย
๐พ Den meetings (single grade-level) will happen at least once per month at a time agreed upon by the den. To see the den meeting schedule, click here or contact your den leader here.
๐ฅพ Our monthly pack hike (read: outdoor walk ๐) is typically on a Saturday at 10am, location to be confirmed at pack meeting. We have not yet set the monthly hike schedule for 2025-26.ย
๐๏ธ In addition to those monthly events we typically have a special event each month. See those below highlighted in yellow.ย
$$ - On this calendar we also include district- and council-organized activities, many of which require a separate registration and payment. All other events are included in pack dues.ย

๐๐ช 12/18 - Carnival Pack Meeting - All dens create a "game" for the pack to play, and Scouts bring gently used toys to donate to the prize table. Joaquin Miller Community Center, 6:30pm.ย

๐ย 1/15 - Pack Meeting - Joaquin Miller Community Center, 6:30pm
๐๏ธ๐ช 1/21 and 1/22 - Pinewood Derby "Cut Nights" (Optional) - Adults help make the large "rough cuts" on your pinewood car, ready for sanding and painting. Arrive between 6-8pm either night at Montera Jr High School on Scout Road
๐๏ธโ๏ธ 1/29 - Pinewood Derby "Impound" - Location TBD. We will be weighing, inspecting, and collecting Pinewood cars on this date.ย
๐๏ธ๐จ 1/31 - Pinewood Derby Race! - Saturday 10am at KaiserAir (8735 Earhart Rd, Oakland, CA)

๐๐๐ 2/19 - Pack Meeting - Blue and Gold Potluck - Joaquin Miller Community Center, 6:30pm - In this meeting we gather to celebrate the anniversary of Scouting with food and fun!
๐๏ธ๐ 2/28 - Pinewood Derby District Championship Peralta Cup! - All Scouts are welcome to participate! Let's see if our pack can once again bring home the championship trophy! Details and registration here $$

๐ 8/21 - Welcome Back Pack Meeting - New and Returning Scout Families - Joaquin Miller Community Center flagpole, 6:30-8:15pm. Our first pack meeting of the year for our returning, newly joined, and prospective Scout families. We will be playing outdoor games in the Lower Meadow.ย

๐ถ๐ฅซ 11/8 & 11/15 - Annual Scouting for Food Drive & Collection - This is our biggest annual volunteering event, where we ask local households to donate food which is then given to area food banks. Details here.ย
